Ｗhy didn't my home address when registering. What should I do??

After login to the customer service center, upload the related information and we will process the application as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum ordering requirement as follows;
Express delivery, the minimum order price to HK$100.
Building Management, No minimum order.

Washing K has a dry cleaning bag so that the dry cleaning is put in and the security seal is affixed
Security seal use, in order to ensure that clothing sent to the headquarters of Washing K during the period without being contaminated.

Delivery & Pickup
Where to take the Washing Bag?
Express delivery service
After the initial order to confirm, K helper will visit your home and pass the washing bag, you will put all clothes in the bag, then can be handed over to the K helper.
Property management services
After the initial order to confirm ,you can be made to the management office to obtain a shirt bag, and put all clothes in the bag, and then handed over to the management office.

If I have special cleaning instruction, what can i do?

Public holiday is the rest day of the Washing K, No service will be provided that day.
